Meeting Venue Sponsorship
We offer venue sponsorship opportunities for anyone who would like to host a GBTA KC meeting/event and showcase your company while supporting our effort to educate and provide opportunities for our members. Please contact us at: [email protected]
Meeting Sponsor
- GBTA KC website during the year as Sponsor
- Logo on meeting signage, invites, collateral and communication related to event
- Five (5) minute presentation/podium time and ability to place collateral on tables at sponsored event
- Two Complimentary meeting registrations for sponsored event
- Logo on sponsorship banner
*GBTA- KC Chapter must be able to accept other hotel sponsors (monetary based) outside of host hotel at each meeting, meaning if a hotel other than the sponsoring hotel wants to co-sponsor at event, their logo will also be placed within the rest of the meeting sponsors.
